What is Men of Faith Ministries?

Men of Faith Ministries is a Christian men's Bible study and brotherhood in Glendora, California. Men from different backgrounds and churches across the San Gabriel Valley gather every Thursday night to study God's Word, pray, and encourage one another to become better leaders at home, at work, and in the church.

When and where does the men's Bible study meet?

We meet every Thursday at 7:00 PM at Denny's in Glendora, California. Look for the table of men who look glad to see you — because we will be.

Can I join the men's Bible study online?

Yes. Every Thursday gathering is also on Zoom, so brothers who are traveling, working late, or live outside the San Gabriel Valley can join the same study from anywhere. You'll find the Join on Zoom link in the Gathering section of this page — no sign-up required.

Who can attend the Bible study?

Every man is welcome — believer or not. Whether you've walked with Christ for decades or you're just beginning to ask questions, there is a seat at the table for you. You don't need to sign up or know anyone.

Do I need to be a Christian or a member of a church to come?

No. Men of Faith connects men from many different churches and men from no church at all. Come as you are. We simply open the Bible together, share honestly, and point one another to Jesus.

We are a Christ-centered, Bible-believing men's ministry. We hold to the historic Christian faith: the good news of Jesus Christ, the authority of Scripture, and the call to follow Him without compromise. Men of Faith is not tied to a single denomination — men come from many churches to be sharpened by the same Word.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. There is no cost to attend. Bring a Bible if you have one and an appetite if you don't.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Glendora and welcome men from across the San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles County, including San Dimas, Covina, Azusa, West Covina, La Verne, and Claremont.

What should I expect at my first meeting?

An honest, relaxed table of men — open Bibles, real conversation, and prayer. No performance and no masks. Just ordinary men chasing after God and helping each other deal with real life through Scripture, prayer, and fellowship.

A Men's Bible Study Near You

Men of Faith meets every Thursday at 7:00 PM at Denny's in Glendora, California. No church building, no sign-up sheet, no cost — just a long table of men, open Bibles, and honest conversation. Men drive in from across the San Gabriel Valley every week.

Why a Denny's and Not a Church?

Because a lot of men will say yes to a booth and a cup of coffee who would never say yes to a sanctuary. Meeting on neutral ground takes the pressure off — you're not visiting anyone's church, you're just having dinner with some men. It also means nobody has to belong to anything before they can walk in.

Who's At The Table

Tradesmen and teachers. Guys in their twenties and guys past retirement. Men who've led Bible studies for decades, and men who couldn't find Genesis without the table of contents. Men from a dozen different churches across the valley, and men who haven't been inside one in years.

Order food, shake some hands. If it's your first time, someone will find you — you won't be left standing.

We read through a book of the Bible together, a passage at a time. No lecture, no slides. Anyone can ask anything.

We pray for each other by name before we leave. Then half of us stand in the parking lot another twenty minutes.

Coming From Nearby

Glendora sits in the middle of the valley, so the drive is short from just about anywhere along the 210 and 57.

San Dimas: Straight up the 57 or over Arrow Highway — usually under ten minutes.
Covina & West Covina: A quick run north on Grand or Citrus. Plenty of our men make this drive after work.
Azusa: Ten minutes east on Foothill or the 210. Several APU-area men join us regularly.
La Verne & Claremont: West on Foothill or the 210 — close enough that men come straight from the office.
Charter Oak & Baldwin Park: A short hop up Sunflower or Arrow. If you're in the valley, you're close.

You don't need to call ahead or tell anyone you're coming. Show up at 7:00, look for the long table of men who look glad to see you, and pull up a chair. If you can't make it in person, join the same study on Zoom.
